Wyatts in a nut shell

Eliza-  I really cant believe she is almost 6 weeks!  Eliza is a chunky Monkey and I love it!! Nothing better then snuggling with a chunk.  She has these big round eyes that I love! I think they will be blue. (Jaden is the only one with my eye color)
Eliza looks a whole lot like Abbey. which they both look just like Robby!
She likes to be held, cuddled closely and rocked. She also likes to be sung to. She sleeps well in her swing during the day.
she has reflux (like all my kids) and is gassy, so she gets fussy a lot. But I would still say she is easier then my first 3. Either that, or I am a pro now.
She is in size 2 diapers now and fits into 3-6 month clothing.
Her brothers and sister adore her, and she is very well loved!

Brigham- He is my funny boy! always making me laugh. He tries to be a jokester.
His favorite song right now that he always belts out around the house is the birthday song.
He is my Water baby! He LOVES the water and could play in it all day.
He also, is my fearless young fella. He will pick up, eat, climb, touch, anything. I don't know what he is afraid of.
His favorite thing to eat right now is  A&D (bum cream for babies) he sneaks and runs off and hides with it and eats it.  He won't eat food to save his life, but he will eat everything he isn't suppose to.
he loves to be out doors.
He absolutely LOVES motorcycles! just like daddy.
He loves to wrestle with Dad and Jaden, and he loves to cuddle with me and Abbey.
He is our tiny tike, so little for his age. He will be 2 in less then 3 weeks and still fits into 12 month clothing.

Jaden- He has totally stepped up and took Abbey's role as the "big helper" while she is in school.  I am shocked, and very pleasantly surprised.
He turned 4 on June 24th.  He was so excited to be 4, and said he wanted to be 4, forever.  I wish he could.
He is the one out of all my kids, that I love to hear talk. Because he cant pronounce his words correctly, he talks so adorable.
we are putting him into speech therapy in September and although it will be good for him, I will miss those cute words he says.
He is really into transformers and likes to pretend he is one. I am not sure how I like it, because he becomes wild! way to wild and rough.( trying to work on that).
He gets so bored at home without Abbey. He cant wait for preschool to start.  He starts in 2 weeks!
He loves to "fix" things with his tools.  He is actually really good at knowing how to put things together, and fix things. Just like his daddy.
He is also pretty fearless, and saves me from spiders and other creepy crawlies.

Abbey- She started first grade just a couple weeks ago. All day school!  I miss her, and think it's just too long to be away from me.  She was REALLY nervous about going to school, but she likes it now and has made a couple new friends.
She is getting into boys now. (in a Elementary school way) It's cute, and funny. She is very open with me (which I love) and talks to me about the boys she likes and how they chase her at recess. She has started asking me a lot of questions about kissing boys. (which I like that she asks me questions. some kids feel that can't ask questions like that with parents) She says she doesn't want to kiss boys, and wont because Jesus doesn't want her to until she is 16.
Abbey turns 6 in a few weeks! that age just seems "too old" for me! I don't like it.
She is my biggest helper ever! she always cleans and does SO much for me, without being told. she will say "I am helping you mom, because I know it's hard with a baby to get things clean" She is one of a kind.

Robby- He just completed a course in being a motorcycle mechanic. I am so proud of him. I don't know how he does it! works 2 jobs, was taking classes (online) and helping me. poor boy is worn ragged! He is the best! My kids have the best dad. Even though he comes home worn out, he will ALWAYS find time for them and me. He takes time to listen about their day, and my day. He plays with them, reads to them, helps with homework, packs Abbey's lunch and puts little cute notes in her lunch, takes Jaden to work with him some days. He helps make their birthdays special days. He comes home on a lunch, just so he can be with us. He has taken personal vacation days to baby sit the kids, or help me, or to attend special events for the kids. How could I have gotten so lucky???

Me- I think I am staying a float pretty well with 4 kids. I have my bad days, and my house is rarely clean, but compared to the past, I feel I am doing better.
I think my post pardum blues, are slowing fading.  (poor Robby dealing with my moods, and crying all the time)
I've had a hard time REALLY hard time with the decision to not have anymore kids. But I think I am finally beginning to be ok with it.
July 22nd I was a Doula for my sister in law. That was really awesome to be with her in that special time.
In 3 weeks I will be on call for a lady who hired me to be her Doula. I am excited, yet nervous. October I get to be with my sister Lindsey as her Doula, and in January I will be my friends Doula. I love this job!  I hope to get more clients starting next yr.
I got off the bandwagon (actually had to get off the bandwagon) with working out. I've missed it and need to get back at it this week after my doc gives me the go ahead. I've also been eating really bad lately (since Eliza has been born) we kinda got off track. (I blame part of it on depression, that doesn't help)  But I am determined to get back at it, and shed some pounds and feel better!

So there ya have it! The Wyatt's in a large nut shell

Labor pics and Eliza's arrival!

these pictures are put on backwards. oops! so Here is Eliza's arrival first.

So nice to have Abbey watch her baby sister be born
Me with my Doula's after my birth. I don't know why my pictures are so small and out of order
me on the birthing ball. My Doula Michelle and Doula Ashlie
I actually didn't like spending time in bed during labor. this was only the one time in bed during labor.
My favorite and best postion was me swaying with Robby while doula's help comfort me

I loved the bath. Natural epidural.

Father's day, and Jaden's birthday

Fathers day!  We made Robby breakfast in bed.

Eliza's birth story

Eliza's Birth Story. bare with me, it's long.
I will back up a bit and start my story at 38 weeks pregnant.  My plan was for a Spontaneous labor and a unmedicated birth.
Because my other labors were induced, I didn't know what to expect as far as Eliza coming before due date or after. So at 38 weeks I was thinking any day now I could go into labor and I need to be prepared.
That's when my "nesting" became full force, my to do list was under way, getting accomplished, bags were getting packed, etc.....
at 38 weeks, I fell and really sprained my ankle. I couldn't walk on it. I was praying that I didn't go into labor until I healed. My ankle healed fast. Then Jaden got sick. I told my self, I can't go into labor until he was well. I needed to help him. Then Abbey got sick, and again, I wanted to get her better before I had the baby. Then I got sick with the stomach flu for 5 days and I knew  I needed to feel better before I went into labor. Then I had Jaden's birthday party and a baby shower I was hosting for my sister in law. So I hoped I could get through that before labor. Then Brigham got sick. Finally after 2 weeks, everyone was healthy, I could walk, and my party obligations were out of the way. My house was spotless, my list had dwindled and I felt ready to ROLL!
I had a dead line. If I didn't go into labor on my own, then July 5th, I would need to go have my membranes stripped. If that didn't start labor, then on July 6th I would need to be induced.  I was worried, my plan of a spontaneous birth wasn't going to happen. July 3rd we took the kids to see fireworks. July 4th we had a family BBQ . I was really hoping I could go. I also was hoping to get through the 4th holiday so that my family and Doula's could enjoy the festivities.
the morning of July 4th, my Doula Michelle came to my house and spent 1 1/2 hours doing acupressure on my feet, legs and hands (that can stimulate contractions)
After she left I was feeling crampy (like period cramps)  I went to my BBQ still having mild cramps and back aches. Came home and just relaxed and got a few things done around the house. at 8:30 we were getting the kids ready for bed, and I thought, "Hey, we should go for a walk". I know it's bed time, but a walk could do me good. So we walked about a mile around the neighborhood, we were gone about an hour. we came in, put the kids to bed and I sat down to watch TV. at 10pm I felt my first contraction. (now Ive been having Braxton Hicks for months. painful ones that came often, so I wasn't sure if I would know the difference when a real contraction would hit) But the contracion that came at 10:00, seemed different. I didn't tell Robby. I had a few more before I decided that these were different. I told Robby, and texted my family, and Doulas to give them a heads up, that this could be the real deal. I told them to go to bed, and I would call them, when I knew it was in full swing.
My contractions were irregular and spaced out at first. When they became closer together and more regular, at about 11-11:30pm we started timing them.  they were coming about every 5-8 min apart. Not too painful. I walked around, sat on the birthing ball, and got in the tub. Just to make sure they weren't fading away, and that this was the real deal. at 1:00 am I told Robby, lets get some sleep, while we can. He was out fast, I couldn't sleep. I was getting anxious, nervous and excited. At about 1:30am I fell asleep. It was a restless sleep and at 2:30 am I was awoken by a strong contraction. I couldn't sleep after that. I was also nauseated and a little sick to my stomach. (sign of labor) I debated if I should call my family and Doulas. after a couple more contractions at 3-5 min apart, decided to make the phone calls.
My cousin Ashlie(one of my Doulas) came to my house at about 3:00am. Then like 10 min later or so my other Doula Michelle arrived.
I liked sitting on the birth ball, while they did the double hip squeeze, and massages, other comforting techniques. I also liked standing and holding on to Robby, while the Doulas helped me stay comforted through different techniques. If my contractions started to die down, or space out, my doula's would do acupressure and the contractions would pick right up and intensify.  Robby was packing up things at this point. My Mom, sister Lindsey and brother Dallin (the babysitter) got to my house at about 4:00 am. At about 4:45 am I decided the contractions were getting stronger and about 2-4 min apart and I should think about going to the hospital. We woke up Abbey, and my niece Hannah, and headed to the hospital at about 5:15.
My doulas road with me in my van, while Robby drove. They sat in the back with me, and helped me get through the contractions.
When I got to the hospital, I was dilated to 6 cm..
The hospital is really good about letting mom's do there thing, to birth how we want and they were supportive of my wishes. I wasn't monitored constantly, so I was able to move freely as  I wished. I walked around the halls, used the birth ball, held Robby and did some swaying, all the while my doula's and Robby helped me with comfort measures, helped me focus and breath.  They also continued acupressure to keep me in a good rhythm with my contractions so that I could avoid having pitocin.
I got in the bath tub and Ashlie (my cousin/doula) used the shower spray nozzle on my belly for comfort. the bath was so relaxing, that I didn't have too many contractions while in there, so I decided to get out and get the contractions to pick back up. with walking and pressure points, the contractions were  back on and getting stronger. I got checked and I was still at a 6 after 3 hours, so my doctor said I should break my water. Although my plan was to not break my water until I was 8 cm, I decided it was best.

Let me back a bit and tell you how I was feeling. when I had Brigham, it was my first time going natural, so I didn't know what to expect, and I took each contraction as they came, and I got through them pretty well, I just went with the flow. This time around I knew what to expect, and that made me more nervous and unsure if I could do it. These contractions this time around seemed harder to get through, seemed more painful.  I am not sure if they were or if it was just me not being able to relax because I knew what was coming. I kept focusing on the "what's to come" (transition) then on the "now" so it was hard to get me calm and to my happy place.

I knew once the doctor broke my water, the contractions would really intensify and labor would go real fast. But I was not prepared for how fast and intense it would be.

The doctor broke my water at 8:45ish. I didn't have a contraction for about 5 min, and then all of a sudden, like a rocket the most intense full force contractions hit!! I mean just  out of the blue. Nothing leading up. Just smack like a brick wall I was in transition and in transition fast! my body/mind didn't not know how to catch up with the pain and cope. I pretty much lost all control. My doula's and Robby were great trying to bring me back to my happy place and keep me calm, but it wasn't happening too well.  my doulas told me to get out of bed and change position, but I couldn't, the baby was coming. I stood up and knew, I needed to get back in bed, or the baby would fall out. I was screaming "get the nurse, the baby is coming". my Doula was pushing the button for the nurse, but no one came. poor Robby, I was smacking his back, and pulling his ears and just basically using him as an outlet for my pain and fear. (I pretty much was losing it at this time, there was no way to calm me down) The baby was coming and I could not hold her back. I could feel her head just right there and I tried not to push, and I was trying to do the certain type of breathing that helped to keep you from wanting to push. But my natural instincts took over and I pushed and the head came out. Robby screamed "get the nurse the head is out" still no nurse. I pushed again and Eliza came out on the bed. My Doula Michelle under her breath said "oh sh**" she didn't know what to do, but she got Eliza and and a towel and started to rub her. Finally a nurse came in, and then the doctor, they suctioned Eliza and handed her to me so we could do skin to skin.
from the time the doctor broke my water at 6 cm, and baby was born, was less then 20 min.

My doctor was mad at me and kept asking me "why didn't you call for a nurse"  we all tried to explain to her how fast it went, and how we tried, but no one came.  Then she was mad at me for pushing and not waiting for her.
she went on and on lecturing me on how I shouldn't have pushed and how I should have did this certain kind of breathing so I wouldn't push.
She would not let up, she was rude, and made me feel like crap and that I did things wrong. Even though I know there isn't one thing I could have done different.  There was no stopping Eliza from coming.
come to find out, the button on the bed, didn't even work. so the nurses didn't know we were calling for them. But I was pretty loud, and there was a lot of commotion in my room, and I was right next to the nurses station, I don't know how they didn't know, but no one ever came to check on me. that kinda made me upset. Robby cut the cord with all our children, but this time, the doctor did it before he could. didn't even ask him. she really upset me, and put a damper on the whole experience.
Although the last 20 min were hard, intense, and crazy! everything was good. I was well, Eliza was perfect, I had the best support team, who helped me more then I could have imagined!  I would not have gotten through it, if it weren't for both my Doula's who both helped me tremendously, my husband who I needed for my rock, (or punching bag) who stayed with me every step of the way! my mom, and sister who came in the middle of the night to support and be with me through this exciting life changing experience. Abbey was there to experience her sister being born. I had an amazing body, that knew how to carry and deliver a baby with no medication or doctor telling me how to do it. I have a healthy beautiful baby girl.
My hospital stay was great! Eliza is nursing perfectly, every one is healthy, My 2 sisters are the best sisters ever and helped me with my kids while in the hospital, so that Robby could be with me and Eliza the entire time. It's been nice for Robby and I to have some alone time to bond with Eliza and to be together with out the distractions of the other kids.  Thanks Lindsey and Tawni.
I will post pictures later.

The thoughts in my head

Today is my due date! The long awaited day.  I know the due date is just an estimated date, and doesn't mean the baby will come that day, but it's just the day everyone counts down to.
I am so excited to meet little Eliza! waiting to go into labor and meet your new baby, has to be the most exciting waiting game ever!
I know most mom's are in a rush to get the baby out! They can't wait until the doctor gives the ok to be induced, and they take the first available day to be induced.
I am not that way. especially this time around.  This is going to be our last, and I want to enjoy this pregnancy to the fullest and know it will be over before I know it. I don't understand the rush.   what's an extra week or 2?  I will never have this experience again, so I am just enjoying the time.
I also know that inducing isn't the best thing for mom and baby (despite what doctors say)
Don't get me wrong, I am just as excited as the next mom. I think a spontaneous birth is way more exciting then a planned one, so to me this is exciting wondering and waiting for the big day!
Because I have GD, my doctor says there are risks, going to far over your due date. I don't know much on that subject, so I am following my doctors advice.would rather be on the safe side. I am just glad she is giving me a week past my due date.
although I wish I didn't have a "time table" to have this baby go on it's own, I do. I have 6 days.  July 6th, when I have to be induced.
I am kinda bummed because I've had high hopes on a spontaneous birth, and not sure if it's going to happen.
But on the other hand it's exciting to know in 6 days or less, I will be holding Eliza!
Both Robby and I getting nervous (not sure if that is the right word, but I can't think of the right word) to have 4 little kids! 4 under 6 yrs!! the sleepless nights, and the adjustment that you have when you bring a new baby into the family. It always takes me a while to get adjusted and in a new routine. I worry about how Brigham will handle it and if he will be jealous.
I have all these worries. I am a bundle of emotions.
After all my pregnancies, I've suffered with postpartum depression. I am not looking forward to that, and I know it's coming. I am already feeling a bit of it now.  feeling blue knowing this is my last and already feeling overwhelmed thinking about how hard it will be with a baby.
Luckily for me Robby is a HUGE help to me, couldn't ask for a better husband or dad. He helps me out so much. I also have a daughter who helps me out tremendously! So I am in good hands.
I am a total believer in "nesting" I have been "nesting" and getting as prepared as possible with house work, laundry, and other things that need to be done before baby arrives. We have a huge to do list, and it won't all be done, but a lot will.
I have a birth plan, 2 great Doula's and a husband that will help me stick to the plan. (I know, things don't always go as planned, but hopefully things will)
I am hoping my mom, sisters and sister in laws all can make it to the birth. (and who ever else wants to. It's always a party in my birth room. That's the way Robby and I like it)
Abbey is also planning to attend, and that makes me excited. I have totally prepared her with everything. she knows what to expect and knows a lot about the whole birth process. I think she will like it. She wants to help cut the cord.
Well there is my novel on all my thoughts going through my head.
Next time I do a post, I will be writing my experience!! woo hoo!!

My Mother's day

I had the Best Mother's day! I wanted to write a little about it.
First Robby brought me a pretty bouquet of flowers!
Saturday Evening we went bowling with My 2 brothers, and their wives, one of my sisters and her husband and all the kids.  I love bowling, even though I am really bad and usually get a score of between 45-70.  Taking kids, especially Brigham to a bowling alley is quite challenging! Poor Robby let me relax and enjoy myself, while he tended to the kids the entire time!! What a chore.
after bowling we headed to Leatherby's for some ice cream!
It was a fun night.

Abbey was excited for Mothers day for about a month before. She was excited to give me the gifts she made, and to make breakfast in bed.
Sunday Morning she made sure I stayed in bed until breakfast was made and she could bring it to me. I had actually woke up before the rest of my family, but knew her plan, so I stayed in bed. by the time they got up and breakfast was done, was about 1 1/2 hours after I had woken up. But it was so cute. She kept checking on me in my room and saying "we aren't making breakfast mom, but you need to stay in bed"
Jaden came into my room and grabbed my cheeks with both hands, pulled me close and kissed me and said "happy birthday mom"!  so cute!
for breakfast I got Bacon, German pancakes and hash browns.
Abbey made me a coupon book, and a paper bouquet of flowers with her picture on it, plus a plant she made at school in a cup.
Robby got me flip flops and perfume!  I haven't ever bought perfume. It's been nice to smell good!
after church we had a BBQ up at my Aunts and Uncles. Again Robby chased the kids and I got to sit and relax.
I was pampered and treated like a Queen! I loved it!
Thanks Robby

At church the kids (Abbey and Jaden) filled out a questionnaire about me. These were the questions and answers:

Heather's Testimonial

My first mom I helped as a Doula, she wrote a nice Testimonial for me. I wanted to share.
Thanks Heather!

"It was a happy accident that Kaycee became my doula, and I couldn’t have been luckier! If you’re fortunate enough to choose Kaycee to be your doula, you will not be disappointed. She is amazing. Her support made all the difference during my labor. I hate to imagine what could have happened if she wasn’t involved. Truthfully, I had never considered having a doula before. I didn’t understand how important they are. My friend Ashlie, Kaycee’s cousin, was training to become a doula. Kaycee and Ashlie were going through the doula training together. So this amazing opportunity to have not one, but two doulas at my labor dropped into my lap. They were quite a team! We met before labor and talked about what I wanted. They made an effort to educate me, without making me feel pressured to do things I wasn’t comfortable with. I knew they would support me, no matter my preferences. Personally, I wanted an unmedicated birth at the hospital. If you want pain relief, do not let that deter you from having doula! Every laboring woman deserves to be supported and pampered. That’s what doulas are for. And I assure you, Kaycee would support and pamper you no matter the circumstances.

The day finally came when I went into labor. Kaycee and Ashlie came over to my home in the middle of the night prepared and excited. While the contractions were mild, we practiced different relaxation techniques and experimented with massage and positions that were most comfortable for me. This was so very valuable! I didn’t know exactly what would help with my contractions. Because we found out early in labor, Kaycee and Ashlie immediately knew what to do to help when contractions were intense and I couldn’t communicate what I needed to her. They were so intuitive that the later part of labor, I didn’t even know what I needed, but they knew. Kaycee has the most reassuring and calming touch! She’s communicative without having to say anything. There’s a lot to process during labor. If someone would tell me to relax during a contraction, first I’d have to concentrate hard just to understand what they were saying and then forcibly try to quiet my body and relax. With Kaycee’s help, I was able skip all those steps. Instead of thinking about how to relax, my body just relaxed with her touch. She was constantly by my side for 17 long hours of labor. It was physically demanding for me, yes, but also for Kaycee! The whole time she were either massaging, applying counter-pressure, or using relaxation techniques to help me get through the pain. I can imagine how arduous that work must be, but looking at Kaycee I know she loves it. She would do anything to help me achieve an amazing experience. And it was an amazing experience! Despite the pain and my personal doubts about natural labor, my wonderful birth team helped me through it. I’m so happy! I’m so grateful for Kaycee’s hard work! Not only did I enjoy becoming a mother with the birth of my son, but I also enjoyed my labor. Labor may not always go as planned, in fact it rarely does. All the more reason to have Kaycee as your doula. She’s your support system for whatever comes your way. And you deserve it."

What am I up to?

Brigham:
*Guess what?! I am already 19 Months old! I know I am a big boy, even though others say I am tiny.
*When my brother and sister go to school, I always ask my mom "eh Babee or eh Jaden"  I just want to know where they are at all times.
*When my dad goes to work, I want to go see him, so I say "eh Daddy, go car"
*I really love my Uncle Dallin, and want to know where he is and I want to see him because he holds me and talks to me. So I say "eh Dow Dow"
*I also like going to Aunt Lindsey's and cousin Hannah's house so I ask my mom "eh dindzee and Nanna"
*I am so good at "cawying" (coloring) and love when "Babee and Jaden cawying" with me.
*I am reverant in prayers, and I can say them too.
*I love to get in "eh pee" (bath) it's one of my favorite things. I always tell my mom "eh pee! eh pee"! and I run to the bath.
*I really LOVE to "puh baa" (punch the bag) just like my dad. I wear my own special red gloves.
*After a long day of  cawying, puh baa, playing with caws (cars), and playing with Babee and Jaden, I love to snuggle with my Mom or dad. People think I am just a fighter, but I am a lover too.

Jaden:
*I really didn't like going to Sunbeams. I thought if I through enough tantrums, they would put me back in Nursery. But they didn't.So I just decided to go like a big boy, and I think I am starting to like it.
*Today was my first time saying a prayer in Primary. I got to the microphone and Said "Dear" and then I looked up at everyone and decided it was too scary, and I told my dad to say the prayer for me.
*Abbey really wants a sister, and has been dressing me in her dresses and telling me it was better to be a girl. At first I believed her, but now I think I like being a boy.
*My favorite color is Black. That is the crayon I use most. I asked my mom if I could paint my room black, but she said not right now.
*My favorite "Animal" is a Ant.  They are so cute and little like babies. I don't understand why my and Abbey don't like them. I try to save them from getting swept up by putting them on the cupboard. My mom doesn't like when I "save" them.  I also feed them some of my food.  The more I feed them, the more pet Ants I get.
*We got a new trampoline! I really like it! Did you know My dad and I put it together? So it's mostly mine, and My mom can't ground me from it, because I made it!
*I have tools like my dad, and I love to help fix things, and do yard work
*I told my mom that I would rather skip age  4 and just be 5 first. But she said I can't do that. I don't believe her.

Abbey:
*My hair is getting as long as Rapunzel's!
*I think I am becoming an Artist! Soon I can use artist paintbrushes and go to Art school.
*I get skittles at church because I memorize the articles of faith
*I wish Easter could be every Sunday
*I love my new trampoline and have already learned to do front flips
*I had my first "squeaky" They are brown and yellow with whip cream in the middle. They are really good, and you should try one, sometime. (twinky)
*My mom could not get through her day with out me. I am the biggest helper of all! I take care of my brothers, help clean the house, and I listen really good.
*I like doing homework, and wish I had more, because I finish it too fast.
*I wish my Mom and Dad would let me have a real Pet. like a different cat. A baby cat, that I can dress up. (because the cat we have now, isn't a real pet)

Eliza:
*29 weeks now!
* Everything seems to be good
*About 3 pounds now and about 14-15 inches long.

Kaycee:

I made a blog below. take a look of the pictures I posted.

Memories through pictures

Abbey was the VIP back in January, this is the poster we made.
Abbey likes to set the table up for dinner and calls it her dinner party.

We like to Call Brigham Baby Blue! with his sparkling blue eyes

Lately Abbey has been trying to convince Jaden it's better to be a girl, and wanting him to dress in girl clothes. I hope that phase is coming to a end. We like to call his chocolate face, his "Mexican mustache"

Brigham's 2nd hair cut. He looks a little worried.
 Coloring Easter eggs

We had a family Easter party Saturday night. I didn't take any pictures. Hard to remember to take pictures when you are hosting a party. We also had a Easter dinner at my sisters, and again forgot to take pictures.  The kids were so excited to find where the Easter Bunny hid their baskets. They were Hilarious! I am so glad I captured it on film.  Holidays are so fun when you have little kids.

I thought Brigham snuggling with cookie monster was adorable.
We always get a 3D/4D utltrasound with all our kids. I know most might find it a waist of money, but we love to do it. Just think, when your kids are older, they will love to see what they looked like inside mama's belly.  This is Baby Eliza. 29 weeks along.
If you can tell in this picture, she has her baby little hand and arm up my her mouth. you can see her cute little fingers

If you can tell in this picture, she has her hand on her head. see her arm and all her fingers?

What's on my mind at this precise moment!

I am sick of being shy, and self conscious about getting out and meeting new people and making friends. I know lots of people are this way, but I know I have a harder time then most.  Robby tells me "sit by someone at church" I say "I would, but what if they were saving that seat for someone else or they don't want to sit by me"?   Robby says "invite someone over for a play date". I say "that freaks me out. what if they don't want to, or when they come over they think my house is ugly or dirty or what ever. What if they are bored at my house"?  I have all these insecurities keeping me from making friends. It's really starting to bother me because I want friends. I want a friend that I can go hang out with, have over for dinner, call when I am bored, babysit for each other, etc....
So how do I fix this problem of mine? It isn't a easy one to fix. I can't "make" my self not feel this way. I've been this way all my life! Any suggestions?

It's been a while

Because it's been a month and a half since my last post, I thought I could update everyone.

Robby is doing well in his classes he is taking to become a motorcycle mechanic. He aces all his tests and studies hard.
He has been training some Muay Thai fighters at the gym, preparing them for fights coming up on March 3rd. We are excited to attend those. They are always fun to watch.
Robby is hoping to fight soon. He thinks in June he may have a Muay Thai fight, he is also thinking about taking a couple Boxing matches.
Robby has been doing food storage homework, figuring out what we need to buy and stock up on. feeling a little more prepared.

Abbey is helping me prepare for Baby Eliza. With her help we went through all the baby clothes, washed them and hung them. We also got the crib up and bedding. We are all set to go!
She is loving school, and has lots of friends. She is doing well in school and her teacher loves her.
Her Primary teachers have come to me a few times and have said "You have raised her well, really well"  I don't think we had much to do with it, she was just born a sweet heart. She is Mommy #2 and helps me out so much!

Jaden has changed so much in the past few months! He loves drawing and coloring now. (he didn't in the past) He is much more well behaved. His tantrums are far and few between. He talks so much and talking so much better. I think preschool has helped him with that. He loves Wigwum and Babee (Brigham and Abbey) He talks so cute. He likes sharing a room with Brigham, but sometimes Brigham wakes him up and I can hear him tell Brigham "Wigwum, be quiet, me so tierd, me want to sleep"! He has become better at helping clean up his toys.  He still isn't fond of primary and still cries when he has to go. He is really excited for Baby Eliza. He awlays kisses my belly.

Brigham is such a loveable little squirt! He is still Tiny Tim but has grown up so much in the past few months. He is 17 1/2 months now. We took him to Nursery today. He liked it and did well. . He can say a lot of words, but doesnt talk too much. He is a good at helping out around the house. His favorite chore is unloading the dishes. He listens very well. He is obidient. He likes to color, and read books. He loves playing with Abbey and Jaden. He loves to put on Boxing gloves and punch the bag, or dad.  When we go to the gym he will put on gloves and punch the bags or he will pretend to spar with some of the guys at the gym. It's so cute.

I am 21 weeks pregnant now! I'm on the down hill. I look 9 months pregnant though (ugh)
Every thing is going well. I still have my lovely morning sickness, but I can tell its on the road outa here. So hopefully in the next week or two, it will be gone.
This pregnancy has been a little bit harder then the first 3. Only becuase of the morning sickness lasting so long. Also I've had a headache (bad headache) almost every day for 6 weeks. Those are also starting to go.
I have had lots of acid reflux, and constipation. (TMI, I know) But right now the hardest thing for me is, I am really fatuiged! I don't know why, but  I am always so tired!! I know I am anemic, maybe that has a bit to do with it. or chasing 3 kids.
you can read more  about me on my post below.

I wrote a post below about my new adventure

My new adveture

I want to be a Labor and delivery nurse. I had taken a couple classes towards my nursing degree. But because Robby works 2 jobs, lack of funds, and taking care of 3 little kids and 1 on the way, I decided to put school on hold for now.
I am really interested in pregnancy, and labor in delivery. It fascinates me. I am always trying to learn more about it and always reading up on things.
I have been able to attended 5 births and have loved being apart of those!
After I had Jaden, I became really interested in learning more about the whole birth processes and I learned more about Natural birth. I felt Natural was the way to go. I heard about Doula's and knew a Doula was want I wanted for my 3rd birth. After learning more about Doula's and seeing first hand how a Doula helped me and how awesome it was to have one. I knew being a Doula was something I really wanted to do. I think a Doula sounds more appealing then a Nurse. I get to do the fun part. So I have signed up for classes to get certified as a Doula. I take a short course in Doula training and then to become certified I will take a child birthing class, a breastfeeding classes, and then attend 3 births (as a Doula) and be there with the mom's the entire labor. during those births, the attending nurses and physician evaluates me, and then fills out a report on how I did. Then I write a paper on the births I attended.
For those who don't know what a Doula is or does, here is a description:

The word "doula" comes from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves" and is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth; or who provides emotional and practical support during the postpartum period.

Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.

A Birth Doula

Recognizes birth as a key experience the mother will remember all her life

Understands the physiology of birth and the emotional needs of a woman in labor

Assists the woman in preparing for and carrying out her plans for birth

Stays with the woman throughout the labor

Provides emotional support, physical comfort measures and an objective viewpoint, as well as helping the woman get the information she needs to make informed decision

Facilitates communication between the laboring woman, her partner and her clinical care providers

Perceives her role as nurturing and protecting the woman's memory of the birth experience

Allows the woman's partner to participate at his/her comfort level

I am so excited to do this!
