my grandparents bought about 40 acres out in the country in Michigan. My grandpa built this house about 40 or so yrs ago. My mom grew up here on the farm. My grandparents sold this home when my mom was in high school and moved to Utah. My grandpa always regretted selling it. my grandpa told the man who bought it, If you ever want to sale it, here is my number, call me, I will buy it back. like 20 or more yrs later, the man called my grandpa asking if he wanted to buy the house. So my grandpa owns it again. He rents it out.
