first and second day of our trip

Our first and second day of our vacation.
This is a picture taken from my grandparents back yard. It's hard to see the ship, it was foggy on the lake that day. The kids couldn't wait to get in the water, shoes and all. these next few pictures are taken at my grandparents house.

Coney Island is a really good place to eat. famous for their hot dogs. We eat there every time we come. When my grandparents first got married, they lived a couple blocks away from the restaurant. While my grandparents watched TV, on a commercial break, my grandpa would leave and run to coney island and buy hot dogs for dinner.

Abbey just had to wear both buckets on her head.

we took a 10 cent trolley ride. They give you a tour around Port Huron. In the tour they go past the house my grandpa grew up in, the hospital my mom was born in, and the old school my grandparents attended. kinda cool.

We went to the boardwalk and park to see the ships come in and to feed the birds. The kids, and myself loved feeding the birds.

At the river. The bridge behind us is the famous blue water bridge. It is the bridge to Canada.
