updates

I thought I would update you all on what's new in my life.
First of all, Jaden is doing much better! He is still sick, but is breathing fine, and sleeping better at night! yay!
Robby is going to fight again. After a yr off. It wont be a Muay Thai fight, it will be a boxing match. I believe it will be April 25th, here in Salt Lake. I don't know how I feel about that. But that is what he wants to do. We get paid for it.
Nothing really new with Abbey, she is talking up a storm and still saying funny things all the time! The other day Abbey and Robby were driving home from gymnastics and Robby said " ew stinky" "do you smell that Abbey?" Abbey said "No, I no smell noffing. My noes is too tuffy!"
Not much happening with me. Same ole, Same ole.
Now about the house stuff.... The house we put an offer on in Foxboro is all up in the air again! Here is the story.... We put an offer in, they didn't except. They countered back saying they wont come down a single cent! They wont even pay for all of closing cost. So we decided to keep looking to make sure that is the one we want. We decided that is the one we want, so we accepted the counter offer. But they never signed the papers because the lady who owned the house didn't pay her mortgage for 3 months, so the bank is now taking over. They are turning it into a short sell. So to us we are taking it as a bad thing because with short sells the bank usually takes as many offers they can get and then takes the best one. It can usually take about 2-6 months for the bank to decide on a offer. But our realtor is telling us he thinks this short sell will go in our favor. That he thinks we can offer less, and they will except it. So our plan now is to right up another offer for less and paying closing cost and see what happens. It's a bunch of craziness! We are keeping our eyes open for any other houses that we may like better or just as well. Just in case this doesn't work out.
As many of you know, my younger brother Dallin is getting married April 17th. My brother's fiance Grisel is from Bolivia. She and Dallin met in Peru while they both served a mission there.
After Grisel returned from her mission a year ago, she and Dallin started writing each other and talking on the phone every day! Then in October my mom and Dallin went to Peru and Grisel met them there too. They spent a week together there and Dallin purposed. Then in December Dallin went to Bolivia for 2 weeks to see Grisel and meet her family. Every thing went great! Grisel's paper work to come here, went way fast! So Dallin went to Bolivia the middle of February to do help her with paper work there, and to have a wedding reception down there with her friends and family. Her paper work and every thing went well and she is ready to come! They will be here March 25th! Her grandma is also coming for the wedding and staying a month and her mom had her interview today, and she is coming too!!!! so it's very exciting and every thing is working out so well!
