another house update

update on the house situation.
The lady who wanted to buy our house, the one we were in contract with, she backed out! Again! We were under contract with some one last August and they backed out 2 days before we got there earnest money! This lady did the same thing. If she would have backed out in 3 days, we would have gotten her $500.00 earnest money. But now we don't get anything and it all fell through. We are bummed. We really wanted a bigger home with a yard. Something better then we have now. But we have been very prayerful and we feel that maybe it is meant to be that we stay here for now. I don't know why, but there is probably a reason. But the good thing is we get to keep our low mortgage payment. Our mortgage payment is sooooooooooo nice! It is lower then rent. So I can't complain there. Maybe that is a good reason for us to stay. With the economy it's probably good that we stay in a place that is really affordable. Plus I love my ward and friends and hated the thought of leaving them. So that is a plus too.
So our new plan is to fix up the house the way we want and make it look good and then maybe next Spring try it again.
