family picture nightmare

So Saturday we got our family pictures taken. The lady who we got to take our pictures was absolutely HORRIBLE!
So she said we should get pictures taken in memory grove. I had never been there. But heard it was nice. So we went. First of all we had to hike a long ways to our spot. It wouldn't have been too bad if we had the right shoes and we we didn't have to carry our kids the whole way. (big kids to boot). So we get to a spot that is ok. Not the best spot tho. it was in the tree's yet almost all the leaves were off and the ones still on the tree were just a yellow color. Not the nice red and orange. But, not ever being to memory grove I just went were she did. Now as you know, most photographers tell you or give ideas on how to pose. They do all sorts of poses, creative fun ones. Right? Well not her she just stood there waiting for us to get in our place, so finally she had us all line up. Robby holding Jaden. But it didn't look good because Robby, Jaden and I are all one level and then there's Abbey way down below. she just took about 10 snap shots of us like that! then acted like ok your done. Oh and Jaden had overalls on. (bad idea) The bib on the overalls kept covering half of his face. But Robby and I didn't know it was like that, we couldn't see, we were looking at the camera. But the photographer knew, she could see, but didn't say a word. So 8 out of the 10 pics she took his face was covered. So then we asked if she could take more of us while we sit down and all one level. so we rearranged our selves with no help from her. Oh and most of the time Jaden was crying. Then we wanted to have the grand kids get pictures together.
A head of time we had told her that Jaden and Houston cant sit up, so could she or we could bring props for them to sit up against. she said "don't worry about" so we didn't and they had nothing to sit up with. we tried having the girls hold them. Abbey kept pushing him off her lap. Houston kept drooping because Hannah doesn't have the strength to hold him up. so yeah not so good. So we got done. (she was done. we wanted more, she didn't take hardly any) so we left and as we were walking out we noticed all these perfect places to take pictures. for example, a pond, a stream, bridges, stairs, stone wall with beatiful colored leaves behind it. I was so mad thinking that she took us to the ugliest place in the park! i was also hoping or wondering why she didn't take pictures in other spots in the park. we just stayed in one area. plus she was not very friendly or much of a people person.
so that was our experience.
I am anxious to see our pictures to see if any turned out and looked good at all.
