The first fun thing we did, was a birthday party for Abbey. She had some friends and cousins over.

A few days later Abbey started 3rd grade. So far school is going really good, and she loves it.
Jaden started 1st grade and he really likes it, and really likes his teacher.

these 2 are just so cute, I had to snap a picture of them playing.

over labor day weekend, we went to the family cabin down in Indian Ola, in Sanpete County. Abbey snuggling with her cousin Kherington.
Bronson and Eliza watching Robby make tinfoil dinner.
playing in the rocks is fun for all ages.
hoola hooping barefoot on rocks. talent
give them a bucket, rocks and odds and ends and it keeps the kids busy for hours.
chit chatting and pulling faces :-)
Even Fred had fun playing with Chloe
It was Abbey's 8th birthday the day we got to the cabin. so we had a little celebration.
I shared my blow up mattress with my dear daughters. I was in the middle and quite squished.
going to church down at the cabin
We went to Spring City. My ancestors settled that town, that is now a historic town. My Grandpa passed away 3 1/2 yrs ago, and is buried their. So we went to the cemetery.
In Spring City they have a natural spring. We like to feel up water jugs and drink the cold pure water.
My parents should be on the show 'Dooms day preppers' they have every survival item and know how, on how to survive. Right now they heated up coals and put them under a wire rack. then they put a cardboard box, wrapped in tinfoil over the rack of coals. and they baked brownies.
keeping an eye on the cooking brownies. My mom even put a thermostat on the box, so that they can regulate the temp.
taw-daw!!! brownies are done! it takes the same amount of time as a oven.
we went out to eat in a little town of Fairview at a café called home plate. We have gone to this café for probably 33 yrs. It was Memorial day and Brigham's 4th birthday!
Birthday Boy!
Jaden wanted to wear my grandpa's cow boy hat and brigham foud one too and he was saying "yee haw"!
We left the cabin and took Brigham and his 2 cousin, his age to Kangaroo zoo for his birthday
Then we went to my sister's to celebrate his birthday. Cousin Hyrum wanted to be right next to him
2 days later Brigham started Preschool. He loves it!!! He is sad that he doesn't go every day
Little Miss Abbey decided to get baptized! We are so proud of her. She has been so excited for this day. She wanted to follow Jesus's example.
Robby is all ready to baptize his baby girl.
by the baptismal font.
before the baptism the stake primary president had all the kids doing cartwheels and hand stands in their baptism clothes. it was fun. After Abbey came out of the water, she had the biggest smile, gave Robby a hug, and giggled. When she came to me she said "I did it!!! I can't believe I got baptized in front of all these people and I didn't have butterflies"! My grandma, and dad sang 'come follow me' at the baptism.
My family with Abbey after her baptism.
